Salsa Friday!

It’s been a while… since I made a vat of salsa.

Last night I got up the gumption and made it 🙂 It doesn’t seem very spicy for some reason, but it’s good all the same.

Time to share with those who may enjoy it!

    Ok, it sat overnight..and I must say.. Salsa needs 8-12 hours to really get the flavors blended.

    The spice is now there and about perfect. I was concerned I didn’t have enough salt either, but I believe it came out ok.
